My Story:

My name is Ola Ipaye and I am a Evidence Based Nutrition coach and Fitness Trainer.

I will help you eat healthy and get in the best shape of your life.

I used to be overweight and weighed 102kg at my highest. So I know the frustrations that comes with wanting to lose weight, eating better and feel more confident and attractive.


It all changed for me when I decided to change.

Now I weigh around 58kg and pack on more lean muscle mass than Arnold Schwarzenegger in the 90s. Not really only because he’s taller than me ;)


This is me in 2015, while on my first weight loss journey:

I had chubby cheeks and was shy when taking pictures. I hated taking full body pictures of myself.

Something had to change...


This is me in 2019, a few months before lockdown:


Then, during lockdown I gained some weight... Not proud of the belly fat at all. So I went to work on myself, again.
